Patch. Three fixes, no new API. The largest is an accessibility one that had been shipping quietly: seven components minted a fresh DOM id on every render, so after any partial re-render the attribute pointing at an element and the element's own id named different things — both well-formed, and a screen reader simply stopped announcing the control.

#Fixed

• A restarted or re-rendered component no longer loses the link between a control and the thing it points at. combobox, editor, message, progress, tooltip, accordion and usage-meter derived their internal ids from a random value, which is stable only while the whole page renders in one pass. As soon as one part of it is refreshed on its own, aria-controls, aria-labelledby, aria-describedby and label[for] were left naming an id from the render before, while the element itself had moved on to a new one. Nothing looks wrong in the markup — that is why it survived — and the only witness is somebody using a screen reader. The ids are now counted rather than randomized, so they survive a re-render. Passing your own id or name behaved correctly before and is unchanged. See Combobox, Editor and Tooltip.
• A date range fits a narrow container. <x-wirekit::date-picker range> renders two native date inputs side by side, and neither could shrink below the width its own text and picker button need. In anything under roughly 330px the pair spilled out of its container, and where that container does not scroll the second field was clipped away entirely — unreachable on a phone. Both fields may now shrink and share the row. See Date picker.
• A torn-down animated stat no longer reports itself as still running. <x-wirekit::stat animate> left its started flag set after teardown while every timer was already released, so code inspecting the component could not tell a destroyed counter from one that had stalled mid-count. It now says which it is. No behavior changes; the counter animated correctly in both cases. See Stat.
